At Armada Pest we understand that you care how information about you is gathered, used and shared. We care, too.

 

Armada Pest may collect, store and accumulate certain non-personally identifiable information concerning your use of our websites. This would include information regarding which of our pages or promotions visitors access the most often and those that are most popular among our users. The one and only reason that we collect this information is to learn how we can better enhance our offerings to and communications with you.

 

Personal information you provide

For service scheduling, information requests, and for customers to set up online accounts we will need certain personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and customer account number, if applicable.

If you choose to fill out an application for employment to join our organization, we will request personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, past work history, as well as any relevant information needed in order to consider you for future employment. We do not collect social security numbers or driver's license numbers on our websites.

Cookies

Whenever you interact on our sites, we receive and store certain information in the form of Internet "cookies." Cookies are stored on your hard drive — not on our sites — in the form of a text file . Most cookies are "session cookies," meaning that they are automatically deleted at the end of a session when you close your browser.

We do NOT use cookies to examine your surfing behavior before or after leaving the Armada Pest websites.

Do We Share Information?

Access to customer information is limited to employees who need it in order to serve customers or maintain our information systems. All employees are committed to following our Privacy Practices. That means employees will only use customer information to better serve you and will not sell or otherwise use your personal information.

A very limited number of only carefully selected third party vendors sometimes assist us in better understanding visitors' use of our websites by analyzing data. This is strictly for our own internal use. No personal information from online employment applications will be shared with third-party vendors. Any 3rd party that we work with would be required to sign a strict Non-disclosure Agreement, which would prohibit them from disclosing the information we provide them to anyone else.

The only time we will release customer information is when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law and/or legal process, enforce our legal rights; or to protect our customers or us. We will NEVER sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

What about links to third-party websites?

Our sites sometimes provide links to websites that are operated solely by third parties that are not under our control. These Privacy Practices apply to our sites only, and are not intended to describe the privacy policies of any third party sites.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your personal information is protected while you are on our sites. We have security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information that prevents unauthorized access. It's exactly the kind of protection that we would want if we were surfing the web on another site.

We are always improving and updating our websites to further enhance your experience. As a result, our policies will continue to evolve.
